The Middle Temple Hall
The Bench Apartments at Middle Temple Hall comprise three rooms available for corporate and private events within Middle Temple Hall; the Parliament Chamber, Queen’s Room and Prince’s Room. Each with their own individual character, they offer the ideal setting for theatre style meetings and conferences for up to 85 delegates or boardroom style for 52.
Located between Oxford and Blenheim Palace, Kirtlington Park is a breath-taking Palladian mansion set in glorious parkland and Capability Brown landscaped gardens. Our fabulous State Rooms, grounds and gardens make the perfect setting for meetings, conferences and exhibitions.
Berry Brothers & Rudd, Private Dining Room
Located at No.3 St James’s Street, Berry Brothers and Rudd’s private dining rooms are ideal for discreet meetings as well as intimate meals and large receptions and lively parties. A range of hospitality options are offered, including dining, tutored or walkaround tastings, canapé-and-wine pairing quizzes and blind tastings.
There are 35 acres of gardens at Castle Ashby, including the romantic Italian Gardens, the impressive Orangery and stunning Arboretum planted with seeds collected from around the world. Adjacent to the gardens is the extensive 4-acre walled garden with its stone walls and adorned gates.
Castle Ashby gardens are a hidden gem and in all their splendour and tranquillity they are the perfect place to host your meeting, conference or exhibition either in the walled garden, the Italian gardens, the beautiful Fuchsia house, or the Arboretum.
1, Wimpole Street
1 Wimpole Street is one of the premier conference venues in central London, offering a perfect blend of location, facilities and service. Part of the Royal Society of Medicine building, the venue is considered one of the best conference centres in London, catering for events ranging from simple but stylish receptions, through multimedia product launches and press events, to fully catered conferences.
Opened in 1772, Chandos House in the West End is one of the finest London meeting venues and is a perfect event space. Large rooms filled with natural light ensures it’s a pleasure to visit with its mix of Georgian period features and excellent service.
Following a £5 million restoration in 2005, Chandos House now has six principal function rooms to hire, as well as a garden terrace which provides a rare oasis just minutes from Oxford Street.
Trinity House offers conference organisers exceptional flexibility. Catering for smaller meetings and board meetings through to large scale conferences, the layout and proximity of the five Trinity House rooms ensures that every size of meeting can be accommodated: small meetings with as few as 10 people to larger scale conferences of up to 120.

The Roman Baths, Bath
When it comes to choosing a venue for your conference or meeting. Delegates are always keen to visit this Grade I listed venue, which offers them a flavour of the city without even having to leave their conference room.
The Roman Baths has spaces for all sizes of meetings and conferences, and is also licensed for music and dancing until 1am for evening events to round the day off.
The Assembly Rooms, Bath
The Assembly Rooms is Bath’s premier conference venue. Together with its stunning Georgian interior, it offers capacity for up to 500 delegates with space for catering and exhibitors.
With four interlinking rooms, Great Octagon, Tea Room, Ball Room and Card Room, the venue offers clients a great deal of flexibility. Some of the rooms may be hired individually for a smaller meeting or, for a larger conference, the whole venue may be used exclusively. In addition, the main rooms have natural daylight, full blackout facilities and free Wi-Fi.
The Victoria Art Gallery, Bath
The Victoria Art Gallery is centrally located near Bath Abbey and the Guildhall, and houses a fine collection of paintings, sculpture, glasswear and decorative arts, including works by Gainsborough, Sickert, Nash and Klee.The building consists of the grand Upper Gallery and a more contemporary Lower Gallery, with an inviting marble entrance hall and grand staircase.
Either gallery can be hired for meetings and exhibitions as well as parties, drinks receptions and celebrations.
The Guildhall, Bath
Conveniently located in the very heart of Bath and only a five minute walk from Bath Spa train station, the Guildhall is ideal for medium sized conferences or smaller meetings.
The sumptuously decorated Banqueting Room can accommodate up to 360 delegates and included with the hire is the Aix-en-Provence Room, an adjoining room suitable for serving refreshments, registration, or as a break out space for up to 60 people. The building benefits from several other syndicate rooms perfect for use as break-out rooms or smaller meetings.
Set in 110 acres of private gardens, grounds and parkland, Cowdray House is a spectacular venue for exclusive-use hire.
The opulence and seclusion of Cowdray House makes it the perfect location for a Directors’ retreat, Board Meeting, conference, press launch, large client reception or a team building event.

The Victory Services Club, London
There are a variety of rooms that are perfect for conferences, meetings, training sessions and seminars, including interconnecting rooms that provide a comfortable and convenient breakout area. The venue’s medium sized rooms are ideal for larger meetings or more intimate conferences. For large functions, the Carisbrooke Hall and the El Alamein & Trafalgar Suite provides a spacious areas for up to 300 delegates, and is fully equipped with one of the largest panoramic screens in London.
