1, Wimpole Street
1 Wimpole Street was built in 1909 as larger premises for the Royal Society of Medicine and was officially opened by King George V and Queen Mary in the same year.
Today, the building plays host to a whole range of events, from meetings and product launches to conferences, shows and festivals. Preserving the grandeur of old whilst embracing modern technology, 1 Wimpole Street has established itself as one of the leading meeting, conference and event venues in central London.
Located between Oxford and Blenheim Palace, Kirtlington Park is a breath-taking Palladian mansion set in glorious parkland and Capability Brown landscaped gardens. Our fabulous State Rooms, grounds and gardens make the perfect setting for shows, fairs and festivals.
There are 35 acres of gardens at Castle Ashby, including the romantic Italian Gardens, the impressive Orangery and stunning Arboretum planted with seeds collected from around the world. Adjacent to the gardens is the extensive 4-acre walled garden with its stone walls and adorned gates.
Castle Ashby gardens are a hidden gem and in all their splendour and tranquillity they are the perfect place to host your show, fair or festival, either in the walled garden, the Italian gardens, the beautiful Fuchsia house, or the Arboretum.
Trinity House, located in Tower Hill, features an imposing neo-classical façade, designed by Samuel Wyatt in 1794, and houses some of London’s most elegant banqueting and conference rooms. It is a highly desirable venue for social and corporate events, including shows and festivals.
Hedsor House is a spectacular exclusive use events venue, located near Taplow, Buckinghamshire in its own extensive private grounds. The Roman Baths, Bath
The Roman Baths is one of the premier visitor attractions in the world attracting approximately 1 million tourists each year and the Pump Room is a popular restaurant during the day. Once the visitors have left, this iconic venue is transformed into one of Bath’s most prestigious private hire venues.
It is extremely popular for business events, weddings, drinks receptions and parties and can also accommodate concerts, fashion shows, fairs and festivals.
The Assembly Rooms, Bath
The Assembly Rooms is one of Bath’s most prestigious venues, perfect for business events, weddings and parties. Designed by John Wood the Younger in 1769 and completed in 1771, they were described as ‘ the most noble and elegant of any in the kingdom’.
Each of the four rooms, the Great Octagon, Tea Room, Ball Room and Card Room, had a specific purpose, as their names suggest, but they could all adapt for other functions, as they still do today, including shows, festivals and fairs.
The Victoria Art Gallery, Bath
This lovely Grade II listed building is an inspiring venue for a drinks reception, wedding ceremony or any type of event. Centrally located, the Victoria Art Gallery was named to celebrate Queen Victoria’s Diamond Jubilee.
The building consists of the grand Upper Gallery and a more contemporary Lower Gallery, with an inviting marble entrance hall and grand staircase. Either gallery can be hired for a drinks reception, wedding, show, festival or fair.
The Guildhall, Bath
Built by Thomas Baldwin in 1775, the Guildhall has been at the heart of Bath’s administrative life for over 350 years. As well as being a stunning location for all manner of corporate and private events, it continues to house the Register Office, Mayor’s parlour and city archives. The Guildhall has a number of rooms for private hire including the Banqueting Room, Brunswick Room and Council Chamber, suitable for fairs, shows and festivals.
Set in 110 acres of private gardens, grounds and parkland, Cowdray House is a spectacular venue for exclusive-use hire.
The opulence and seclusion of Cowdray House makes it the perfect location for a Directors’ retreat, Board Meeting, conference, press launch, large client reception or a team building event. It’s also a perfect venue for fairs, shpws, festivals, birthday parties, family gatherings and weddings.
Ragley Hall hosts events for several hundred people or even several thousand (in fact, with 450 acres of parkland, it’s the perfect location to accommodate thousands of visitors to fairs and concerts), as well as being the ideal location for an intimate product launch or reception for a carefully chosen handful of important clients.
Holdenby’s beautiful 20 acre gardens and large surrounding estate offer a perfect setting for outdoor events of all kinds…from company staff days, product launches, elegant receptions, musical events & parties of all sorts.
Recently, it’s uniquely inspiring setting has been used for instance for a large scale reception for the British Grand Prix, with a magnificent transparent marquee, dinner for 200, fireworks and dancing with drivers flying in by helicopter.
Other events have included everything from bonfire parties, concerts, Home & Living exhibitions, awards events to charity auctions and smaller scale garden parties.
